Gretchen Blycker, PhD, LMHC, LMT, RYT, PhD is a board-certified sex therapist, licensed massage therapist, registered yoga teacher, and adjunct faculty member at the University of Rhode Island. Dr. Blycker integrates trauma‑informed mental health and sexual health care that addresses emotional wellbeing, relationships, and sexuality together. Treatment integrates evidence‑based psychotherapy, clinical sexology, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and Sowa Rigpa Tibetan Counseling. Care is collaborative, respectful, and individualized, supporting clients in developing insight, resilience, and a healthier relationship with themselves and others.
